Now that I’m back from a week off from SL, it’s like I don’t know what to do with myself when I’m there.

I have some RL projects I’m working on instead, like hand-stitching garb for my husband (Yes, I make garb in RL too). I met a shopkeeper over the weekend who does her homework with even more diligence than I did with LTD. If you’re interested in making really authentic historical garb, definitely check out Reconstructing History. In addition to patterns, notions, and books, they have a wealth of articles including a free pattern for a “quick-n-dirty” medieval tunic that can be elongated into a dress. I plan to refer people to the “Note on the use of the term ‘Celtic’” in regards to our music, heh.
